I have tried now for 4 days to get my o2 contract pay monthly number moved to another o2 pay monthly contract. Despite every operative i speak to confirming it will be done 'in the next few hours' i've yet to see the result! Does anyone know if this is actually possible?

Not without closing and cancelling the first contract as I understand it.
