I have beengetting menancing phone calls for some time now..i dont want to change my sim but do wish to change my number I have not requested this before and have had the same number for years now ...can you help me

You can call O2 CS or do a live chat with them, explain your situation and they will change your number (if it is the first time) for free.

It is not nice when this happens.

As gems says it's free the first time you request a number change.

Could you just not block the number you are receiving these calls from? would be a shame to change your number if you have had it a long time.

 

Depending on the content/extremity of these calls, try speaking to the police

If the call comes up unknown then it cannot be blocked

If the call comes up unknown then it cannot be blocked


You can block unknown numbers but it depends what handset is being used.
