no 4g signal

hi im new to o2 having been with another company for 2 years and the only reason i chose o2 was because of the 4g signal strenth at my home but having been with them  3 weeks i dont even get a 3g signal as i type this message iv got a E signal ? 

im really disapointed about this i feel like i was conned into joining o2 just so they could con another customer

do i have any rights about this

How did you think you knew 4g was strong at your home?
What happens if you step outside?
3 weeks is too late to cancel - you have only 14 days usually.

its fine when im about a mile from my home
if o2 says i can get 4g at my home indoor and im not arnt they breaking the rules

Not necessarily.

The coverage checkers are a computer simulation and not 100% accurate (This has been challenged before).

We always recommend a check with a PAYG sim before entering into a contract, but do check as above for any temp issues.

just done the checker and it says 

Seamless connectivity and mobile internet.
Good indoors and outdoors. Good for mobile broadband
it clearly isnt

So you only checked the 4G on the coverage checker before? We always recommend trying P&G sims before committing to a contract as the coverage checkers for all the networks are very misleading.

it doesnt say try a payg sim first on the adverts? is there some kind of booster that boosts the signal indoors my mate got one off his company?
