You need to contact customer service directly. This is a customer based forum with little participation from O2 staff. Use the contact link at the bottom of any page or below this message.

You need to speak to O2 directly, but I can't imagine they will give extended credit on top of an unpaid bill.

I purchased a phone in UK on a contract, but after this i have been in back in Norway more than planned. I moved out of my registered flat and have not received any mail or email from O2 since. I have not used my phone since and not remembered to keep enough money in the english account to cover the direct debit. I am at fault for not paying my bill.
Now i would like to settle my bill with O2 and try to keep the direct debit or whatever is possible, but i cannot access the "view and pay bill" section in My O2. Most likely my account is cancelled and forwarded to some debt collector.
Is there any way i can correspond with O2 via email to settle or arrange downpayment on my contract via email? As i travel alot and mainly use email day to day, this is my preferred contact method with customer service over phone, and i would like to avoid spending 30 minutes on the phone.
