Hi there,

I moved to France last week and would therefore like to cancel my contract as the renewal date is tomorrow. Can you help me and tell me how to proceed?

Thanks in advance.

Extensive guide on cancellation available at http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-and-Pay-Go/Cancelling-Your-Contract-A-Guide/m-p/566774

If you don't need a PAC code then the best way is to send a recorded delivery letter and send it to O2's correspondence address detailed on the thread linked above.

As your contract expires on March 10th you can give notice from a week today (February 8th). So try and time your letter to arrive then by sending it on Friday

EDITED as I had partially responded to the OP who was moving to France and not the person who bumped the thread
