so my phone has been stolen and i dont want to pay 13.50 a month for a phone that has been stolen , and i want to cancel the contract is there anyway to do this ?? need advice o2 wont give me an answer what rights do i have thanks

See your other post, you have no rights or reason to cancel. You took out a contract for 24 months. You pay for the contract or an equivalent lump sum, end of!

You owe 21 months X £13.50 which is £283.50

Get the imei barred then people can't use the phone. If you have insurance. Claim on that then you should be able to receive a replacement phone within 24 hours then you can carry on your contract as normal

£218.91 - you dont have to pay vat for something that your not getting , its in the t&c if you had bothered to read those.

That doesn't apply at O2, we've read them and you haven't I think.

if you have signed a contract, you must stick with it or pay the amount that you stated so you kind of answered your own question. it isnt a matter of VAT as that would be part of the amount of your monthly tariff
