final bill refund

i was told by o2 that i was in credit on my final bill before changing to new network. i was told to claim this back online. how do i do this?

The only way to do it online is via this form but I haven't used it for a long time therefore not sure if it's still valid.

Did you get a PAC from O2 to use your number on your new network? If you did, your refund should happen automatically.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

There is no automatic refund of credit balance when you leave O2.  Calling customer services hasn't worked (they said they would process it).  Have now used the refund form and waiting.  They know I've left so making me apply for a refund can only be a method of increasing revenue hoping people will forget

It should happen automatically, but usually it's not triggered on the system until the the time that the next bill would have been due.
Obviously, occasionally things go wrong which is why there is a form provided to fill in manually.
If O2 were trying to unlawfully withhold your money they wouldn't provide such means, would they?

Account number (edited) I have received a bill from you saying there was nothing to pay this month, so why has £13.02p been taken from my account ref. no. (Edited) can the monies be repaid straight away back into my account please.
