Hi,

My contract is up for renewal on the 8th November and I do not want to renew it, will it automatically cancel or do I have to contact you to cancel it?

Thanks

You need to ring them on 202 or it will go onto a 30 day rolling term

Either request your PAC code to move your number to another network or move it onto a payg contract.

If you do nothing it will continue on a 30 day basis until you either upgrade or cancel.

If you want to move elsewhere and keep the same number ask for your PAC.

You have to give 30 days notice otherwise it will continue as a 1 month rolling contract.
