i have been trying to call you for a while now about an issue i have on 202 and your automated service keeps telling me you are closed, please get in touch with me

Unfortunately this is a customer forum so O2 won't pick up any posts about contacting you. It may be that they closed early for the bank holiday so call them around 8.30am.

This is the second person posting today telling us CS is closed? I wasn't aware they were closed on a BH....it doesn't state this?

Thanks  all, in the states atm, so didnt realise it was a uk bank holiday, ill contact them tomorrow, cheers again all for the help slight_smile
