Hi there,
I moved to Newcastle for uni in september from Ireland and thought that seeing as i was with o2 at home and was happy i may as well use o2 while in the uk so got an english sim card for myself and one for my girlfriend. I signed us both up for o2 unlimited with free calls and texts and i also took the blackberry bolt on for myself. For me everything is going perfect my end!
She has only recently started using her sim because she didnt have a phone to put it in and when she did start using it she was being charged for sending texts and receiving calls which is fine because she'd had the sim over a month so her plan had obviously run out and she needed to top up again. This however is not the problem.
The whole idea of her having an english number was so that i could phone her for free and we could talk as well as text...that's grand again for me because its free but she has been getting charged to receive the calls ever since she started using the sim card??? Why is this?? she is on the o2 uk network so you cant tell me its roaming charges....I would like an answer to this as soon as possible please!
thanks!
