You might want to try a replacement sim card.
Free from CS or any O2 store.
Once you receive your new sim card you can activate it on your account by calling CS or ask the store to do it for you.
It can take up to 24 hours for the sim swap to take effect and it helps to reboot the phone every half hour or so to enable the network connection,
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Try removing and cleaning the sim card and switching the phone on and off.

Hi @Anonymous and Welcome to the Forum.

Could you have accidentally added these contacts to any Text blocking facility within your phone.

I also have problems this morning. Some people are receiving my texts and some are not. A few of the people who have received my text have responded but nothing arrives on my phone.

I wonder if its a network issue.

Before sim swapping you could check your SIM card in another phone as a process of elimination.

All you can do is keep checking the effected postcodes here http://status.o2.co.uk/
It might take a while to update the page but it's the only place for reliable network info.
