cannot do sim swap in my area.

I recieved my new note 4 thursday.

When i got home i fired up my pc and proceded to your website to do the sim swap from my note 2 3g to the note 4 4g sim, this site tells me there is no 4 g in my area as such i can not do a sim swap.

Where do i go from here as i am now signed to a 4g contract that i can not use.

Any help would be much apreciated.

Which site? Did you go to this site? http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk/ There is no reason not to be able to swap your sim to a 4G sim. It just means you won't get 4G where you live. All new sims are backward compatible.

You can still do the sim swap, the phone will work fine. You will be all set up for 4G when it comes to your area or when you are travelling.

Thank you for the quick responce and it seems i had gone to 02.co.uk/4g/setup which i guess i will have to do once 4g is in my area.

i have now recieved the sim swap request and am a happy camper again .
