I still have  250 minutes of calls, why it showed call time empty

Are you checking this via the My O2 App? If so there have been reports of problems today. Ring CS on 202 Contract or 4445 PAYG if unsure

How do you know you have 250 mins and where does it say empty?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
