Right I have topped up and I cant seem to buy a bolt on for blackberry emailing, Internet and messaging for £5 why can I not purchase it when I have enough money?

Are we on about the tariff or Bolton?

The tariff requires you to top up £15 for 500mb of web bbm and 500 or 300 Txts

The Bolton gives you 500mb and bbm for £5?

Also pay and go CS can be contacted on 4445. 202 for pay monthly

That's really weird? How are you trying to add the Bolton?

Contact cs on 202 from your mobile & they maybe able to do it from their end
