Take money and return it for no reason? Maybe you can elaborate as it sounds like there is a problem with your account resulting in service being withdrawn. Only customer service can assist you with this I'm afraid but I would advise against using live chat.

Hi @Anonymous

There are various ways to pay other than calling from your mobile

Ways to pay...
Via MyO2 or ring 0800 588 4217 from a landline and enter the mobile number you wish to pay.
Automated payment line. Call  either 0844 8090202 or 202 from your O2 mobile and choose option 1.3.

If you are intending to cancel your contract, we would also advise to go through the proper procedure to avoid a negative marker on your credit ratiing. The link here is a good guide:

Hi, just to add to what @jonsie said, the funds will only be returned if your bank requests it back under the terms of direct debit. Unfortunately the how's and whys will need to be discussed with them along with any incurred charges.

I have never heard of that before. I recently did the same thing with HSBC. I rang them...they reinstated the DD immediately ?

scroll down to billing details, set up or enter 4 digit pin, change payment details.

Or you can call 202.

Thing is when your only form of communication is your mobile phone then it's hard to phone up to pay the bill. I've having similar problems and I found trying to speak to someone very frustrating.

You could pay via the automated route though. Less time consuming...?
