been waiting 2 days for a sim to be unnbarred

Anonymous

Daughter lost her phone on holiday so got it blocked.

We now have the phone back and been waiting 2 days for it to be unblocked.

She can use all her apps etc but cannot make calls or text.

2 webchats later and now cannot contact them still cannot use it.

What else can we do?

To say am not happy is an understatement

It is always best to call CS.
You can call 202 for contracts or 4445 for payg from any O2 working phone or there is a landline number on this link http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

The sim can be unblocked straightaway but if the handset has been IMEI blocked it takes a few days to remove the block.

You do need to speak to customer service to confirm that this is being done.

It sounds like they barred both sim and phone. As I said you need to call customer service.

Put the sim in the other bphone and call 202 in the morning.

They always block phone and sim card as a matter of procedure.
Call on the numbers I gave you and speak to CS when they are open.

@Anonymous you are entitled to your opinion but people aren't going to leave just because you tell them too. Once you left, another happy customer replaced you
