Why can't I view my bill???  Change the website to make it easy to view My Bill !

When logging on to My O2, I can't see a link for 'My bill' on the left hand side also.

What a terrible web page. Talk about confusing matters. Click 'view my bill' log in (eventually it recognises you!) Then takes you back to the bloody homepage, then scroll around for 10 minutes bypassing all the adverts for crap and it still won't bring My bloody Bill up to view & print. What you running 02, windows 93?

Yeah, we told them it was rubbish after they changed it but no one listens to us.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

A leap backwards with the billing pages. Looks very fresh but customers have great difficulty navigating it. Someone probably got an award for the redesign Smiley Indifferent
