Hi ive got a o2 unlimited contract so are video calls included in this?

I can't seem to get the video call to work on my note 3 don't know what I'm doing wrong

@Toby could you please see if you could get clarification as to whether video calls are included in allowances as I was told or if they are charged at 50p per minute as it seems to state on the tariff pages

The Video Calling only works with a 3G signal and upwards. As far as I could recall, it gets regarded the same as MMS which is data over a GSM network effectively. As for the cost, you would need to clarify that with Toby.
