Re: VERY BAD TIME

Had poor signal this morning and from 3pm I have had 0 coverage. I am currently in the process of joining the RAF and for 75% of the day they have not being able to contact me!! Had to use email. This is very poor from 02, and think they should Compensate customers!! As we are paying for a service that is searching/ unavailable ??

NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!

Re: VERY BAD TIME

Welcome to the community guys, I do hope you are here to stay as opposed to simply finding somewhere to express your anger.

We are all customers here and as much as it is good to vent, please realise that your individual circumstance is only as important as the next guy.

From Superuser to Steward in one fell swoop. That's progress! :-)

I like you and your way of thinking... People are so quick to judge and complain "omg I'm changing networks"... Well why? You're in a contract for however many months, sorry... Signed a legally binding agreement. O2 ARE holding up their end with a working SERVICE and a working HANDSET...Except, nature may have got involved and caused a few technical faults all across the country. Who you going to seek compensation from there then? At least find out what's wrong first and deal with the fact it's happened then realise you're all too quick to judge maybe?
