Upgrading SIM

Evenin'

I'd like to chnage my sim contract, but i noticed when going through the upgrade process online that a new sim would be delivered.

Will this mean a change of number? I mean, is a new sim really necessary?

Ive altered the amount of minutes n texts before without needing a new sim.

If you do need a new sim card you just do a sim swap to transfer your number across to the new one http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk/

Hi and Welcome to the forum,

Are you wanting to change your tariff via your Myo2.

Your number won't change.

If your keeping the same phone which holds your current sim then no you don't need to change SIM cards.

If your moving to a 4g tariff and your sim is an older 3G one then you'll need to change it.

For further clarification give Cs a call on 202
