I know the easiset way for me to upgrade is to ring o2 but just wondering if I can do this through the website too? (perhaps some better offers by upgrading through the website?)  Thanks.

Just got in and other half has "negotiated" the following.  She buys an o2 sim from carphonewarehouse (eg 1000mins 1GB £10) and on receipt she contacts o2 who will transfer her existing number to the new sim. etc. Or something.

Yes, If you call 202 they will close her old account (fees may apply if not gone full term) and switch number to new sim.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
