Solved: Upgraded - new number?

Hey all, just upgraded my phone (from Samsung s3 to an s5!) Do I get a new number or will I have to keep the old number? A new number would be awesome....

Hi

With an upgrade you keep your number.

Just put your current SIM card in your new phone.

If you've moved into a 4G tariff then you'll need a sim with 4G printed on it. You'll get one with the phone. Just perform the simswap here http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk/ when you receive the S5 and new SIM card.

Or speak to Cs on 202 about changing your number after the upgrade.

It's free for the 1st time.

It's your choice to either keep your old number or take a new one.
