Hi there

 

I've tried to upgrade multiple times through the online chat gurus, but have been disconnected each time at the final moment.

 

I was recently talking to Vinayak and I wanted to proceed with the deal he offered me. Please could he be in touch, or someone else who is able to upgrade me.

Sorry but this is a customer to customer forum. Your best bet is to ring customer services tomorrow. They should have a record of your online chat. Maybe you can proceed from there...Best time to ring is 8-8.30am

I did mine instore. All done within 15 mins and they waived my early upgrade fee too wink
