My contract is due up and I'm looking to go to sim only contract. When I was ordering online it was coming up it was going to send me out a new sim, does that mean my number will change? Also how do I find out my usage so I get the right tariff?

If you speak to customer service they may be able to change you manually and arrange the bills as necessary. Whatever you do, don't use live chat for this.
