Upgrade help

Hi, is there a difference between upgrading my refresh contract and just taking out a new 1?

I thought renewing would give me a bit of a discount or better deal as I'm a loyal customer but after checking my upgrade options it doesn't seem to be a difference in the deals.

Anybody help me here please?

Thanks

They're is no difference in upgrading as it's a new Refresh contract anyway. Nothing for way of a discount unless as @MI5 says, speak to retentions and tell them you are thinking of leaving.

Call 202 and say you are thinking of leaving and they will usually offer you a discount.

Hi @Anonymous. I doubt there is any difference between upgrading on Refresh or taking out a new contract. It will depend on the handset andf tariff you choose obviously as to whether it works out cheaper this time.

The Refresh deal has it's own unique selling point though in that you can pay off the device plan at any time and cancel the airtime and walk away. No other network offers that. You are never tied into a 24 month contract
