Unable to send photos - Galaxy I I

Hi,
I have a Galaxy note 2' on a pay and go tariff with a bolt on for the internet. I have had no problems sending photos until recently, they just stick in sending mode, will not send!
I have tried using the 2020 Active text to get settings, which I installed, but still no use!
Anyone know how I can fix the problem

You do have credit as mms is not part of your text allowance.

You could try phoning O2 on 4445 and ask them to re provision your account for mms.

I assume you can surf the internet on i2 internet ok and mobile data / 3G etc is turned on.

Also just try turning the phone off and back on to reset it.

Give your sim a clean whilst it's off. slight_smile

Other options are e mail.

What's app and viber. But these need the recipient to have these too.

iMessage for iPhone users.

Hi,

Thank you, I have tried turning it off and on. I have checked my account and I can send photos, however I will have to ring O2 on Tuesday as suggested
