Hi I'm trying to track my order but can't find the 'my orders' section to track, please can you help

Check any spam folders for emails from O2.

Final avenue could be O2 Customer Services which is 202 for Contract -> 4445 for PAYG -> http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

You have to log in to My O2 and you will find it there...(in the my orders section)

I've spoken to O2 whom have confirmed that the order has gone through but not showing on my orders or had an email

Just to add. If you spoken to someone using live chat, I would not rely on their information provided. I would call O2 to find out what is happening.

The order will usually show in My O2 once the website has updated. Usually at midnight or thereabouts..
