Top Up confirmation email - 600 emails!

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi,

I topped up online last month and recived 600 confirmation emails within minutes. I mentioned this via twitter and was told to speak to customer service who apoligised and said it was a glitch. I've topped up tonight and now received 200 emails!

Anyone had same issue?

It's a fault somewhere.....
Could also be classed as spamming - O2 need to fix this asap.

Hi guys!

I have an update on this, they have just informed me that a fix went through last night for this issue. So this shouldn't be a problem anymore, but do let me know if anyone is still experiencing this.

Thank you for being patient!

Did they happen to know what caused it at all?
