Top Up confirmation email - 600 emails!

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi,

I topped up online last month and recived 600 confirmation emails within minutes. I mentioned this via twitter and was told to speak to customer service who apoligised and said it was a glitch. I've topped up tonight and now received 200 emails!

Anyone had same issue?

Hi guys!

I have an update on this, they have just informed me that a fix went through last night for this issue. So this shouldn't be a problem anymore, but do let me know if anyone is still experiencing this.

Thank you for being patient!

Ive never had that.

It could be worth phoning o2 on 4445 again and ask them to check your account or maybe even reset it.

Have you always topped up online prior to this 'glitch'?

Being topping up with same phone number and email address for 10 years, never a problem.

I get annoyed when there's 3 or 4 come at once, let alone 600!
