For the past 3 months i havent been able to make a single call without the sgnal dropping out, making having a conversation impossible. Nothing seems to be being done and there has been no communication from O2, whats going on?

Hi

If on Contract perhaps consider using o2's Tugo App if you have home wifi. -> http://www.o2.co.uk/apps/tu-go

O2 have been known to offer a Goodwill Gesture for extended loss of service. Keep a record and call them http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

I hope this clears for you Asap.

How long do you have to go on contract? I'm guessing you are in the Radcliffe, Prestwich, Whitefield area? Signal stinks in that area....
