You need to ask Vodafone for your PAC. If you've already left and canceled your contract it may be too late for you to do that.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Hi I am a new customer from EE network to 02> I have kept my same number from EE. Speak to a Guru they have been very helpful with me, particularly as a disabled customer. Good Luck! You will need a PAC code though as someone has already mentioned.

Vodafone's live chat can give you your PAC https://www.vodafone.co.uk/contact-us/
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
