Swapping Sim

Anonymous
Not applicable

I currently have a Samsung Galaxy S3 on a pay monthly deal.

I am buying an iphone 5 second hand, handset only.

This requires switching to a nano sim from a micro sim.

Will the swap my sim feature transfer my number and contract?

What is the correct way of going about this?

Yes, everything will switch over.
Make sure you obtain the correct sim for your account, ie PAYG or contract and ask in store for them to swap it over is the easiest or you can do it yourself here http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk/
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Yes and any O2 high street shop can do this for you or you can pick up an account specific SIM card and do it yourself here http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk/

Ask O2 customer services to put you on idata settings too.
