Still being charged for nothing

Hello.
At the end of July I left UK for good, so I paid off my phone, cancelled my contract and took only one months tariff at the beginning of July to last me until I leave.
Since 30th of July I am not using any of O2 services and today I surprisingly received same email that I need to pay £25 for the previous month (07/26-08/26). How come If I have not used it at all and had one months tariff until the beginning of August???
Did they forget to change it or what?

Call again mate. Keep calling if necessary until it's sorted. It's free but the only loss is your time and patience.
