Sony Z1 compact and pay monthly MMS

Anonymous
Not applicable
I am at the end of my tether with O2 and Mms messages to my phone. I have been on the phone for hours, been to see guru, tried settings, received a new sim card and installed my sim on my work phone which does receive mms with my work sim and still no Mms. I keep getting a link to a Web site. O2 customer services are useless and even when I threatened to leave they didn't care except to remind me I needed to pay off my device plan.
Anyone got an idea for sorting this please.

I'm not sure why the OP is in such a flap about MMS anyway? Even if he gets it working it's only going to cost more money to use it. He ought to be looking at Whatsapp or email, or the many other ways to send photos that don't cost anything.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Good to hear slight_smile
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
