I have now tried on a number of occasions to set up an auto top, which hasn't happenend, and to top up on line and invariable I get a 'Sorry somethings gone wrong' message and no indication what.   To say I'm extremely irritated would be an understatement

In the meantime use alternative methods to top up such as vounchers, ATM's etc.
You do have to register your card first before you can top up online - If this is failing a call to CS will help you get the card registered.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi

We do hear of glitches with auto top up.

I'd suggest speaking to O2 on 4445.
