My daughter and I use Sony Xperia M phones, recently supplied by O2, as part of a monthly contract, with exactly the same tariffs. Both of us have set our ringtones to 30 seconds, before call divert to voicemail. On my phone I have no problem. When she rings me on her phone, after 5 seconds she is  diverted   to my voice mail. This problem does not occur when she  telephones any other phones, either with O2 or any other service provider. O2 does not appear to have a solution to this. Can anyone please help?

What about when other people call you?
Try selecting a different ringing to see if it's the same?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi and Welcome to the forum,

You could try turning Voicemail off and back on to see if that helps.

May just be a glitch.

Try going through the steps again to increase the ring time.
