Paying bills

Anonymous

I have just bought an i-phone but can't make out how I will be paying.  I don't recall the shop taking any bank details and I would rather pay by DDM rather than try to remember to pay each month.  Any ideas?

O2 always set up a direct debit, it's very doubtful that they didn't!

As above it only takes a day or so for your account to appear and you'll see everything in there.

Also you could call cs on 202 to double check.

There should have been a direct debit set up at the shop as it's a condition of any contract.

In a day or so all your details should appear in MyO2 online or you can download the MyO2 app.

Hi @Anonymous By far the best idea as you say to pay by direct debit. It should have been set up when you took out your contract but as said it will be showing in MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

If not showing in a few days you need to give customer services a call and check with them. (202 for contract)

Do it pretty quickly as you don't want to miss a payment through no fault of your own..:smileywink:

Was this a new contract or upgrade? Did you pay an upfront fee by debit card? If so they have your account details either way. Check my O2 ASAP.

Good news, it often takes a day or two before it's up and running. slight_smile
