Pay monthly payment change?

Anonymous
Not applicable
Hi
Basically I have 2 phones in my name and coming out of my bank account, one of which was my boyfriends phone, we have since split and I was wondering am I allowed to change the payment details to his account for his phone? Even if it's still in my name?

Thank you

Hi @Anonymous ,

Below is some info I have retrieved from the team for you:

O2 can transfer your number onto a third parties account, but the third party would need to set up a contract in their own name first.

You and the third party would then need to speak with our retention team to arrange the transfer. Once your number has transferred, your account will be disconnected.

If you do this before the end of your contract, you’ll be charged for the remaining months of your contract on your final bill.

It is if we don't know the answer between us but pointless us being here if we feel the need to clarify everything.......
