I'm on O2 Pay & Go and would like to see statement of my usage, but can't find this online. Please can you confirm where I can find details.

You can ask O2 for a subject access request which costs you £10 if you are desperate for the info.

Hi

You can't get this, as in itemised statements, and bill info on payg I'm afraid.

You can only look in your myo2 to see what allowances you have left and look in your own phones settings for calls and texts made and on some phones you can see what app has used how much data.

Hi,

 

Thanks for your feedback. 

 

My balance is going down occasionally (just from 65p to 50p for example) and I don't know why as I still  have plenty of minutes, texts and MB left. I just want to find out what I'm doing that's using credit that isn't included in my bundle?

 

Any ideas - surely money can't be taken without even telling me what it's for?!

Some numbers and MMS messages aren't included in allowances so it's possibly a reason for additional charges...
