Everytime I request a PUK code 02 promise me I will hear within 72 hours and everytime it takes several calls or chats with you to get it.

Now again I require my phone unlocking and it was due to be done Friday and it is now Sunday and nothing. Why does it takes all these follow ups to get something done? When I spoke to someone I did say the problems I had before and was told no it won't be the same and yet again it is going the same way.

what are you trying to achieve to network unlock the phone or unlock a sim that was pin protected.

Little wonder o2 are confused. What exactly do you want to unlock and for what purpose?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
