Everytime I request a PUK code 02 promise me I will hear within 72 hours and everytime it takes several calls or chats with you to get it.
Now again I require my phone unlocking and it was due to be done Friday and it is now Sunday and nothing. Why does it takes all these follow ups to get something done? When I spoke to someone I did say the problems I had before and was told no it won't be the same and yet again it is going the same way.

Your PUK doesn't change, have you looked in MyO2?
