I checked my bill and then my bank account and found I'd been charged more than the bill amount !!! How can I trust o2 ?

I'm gonna guess you have a refresh tariff which is in fact 2 bills.
I bill for phone and one for airtime. The bill shown in your My O2 will be for airtime and you need to add the phone bill portion to that.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Also if this is your first bill it be slightly higher as you are billed for the first couple of days before your billing date is processed.
