Am I the only person to be suffering from an inability to reset my password ? Been trying to access my online account by resetting password but each time I try no matter what I type in the 'new password' box I get a 'fail' icon appearing and am unable to reset password. Been trying for 5 days now and have had 8 separate 'Live Chats' (and tried on 3 separate laptops/computers cos they kept saying I must have a browser problem) but this so called help route is useless. They cant solve problem. Maybe someone out there knows what the problem is ?

I would get them on the phone and stay on until you can see your account.

They will do that and talk you throught it whilst you are on the phone.

As perksie says, insist you stay on the phone until you have access as callbacks don't seem to happen.
