Solved: O2 extra on top up

I recieved another text this morning promising an extra £?? on calls e.t.c , equivalent to what I topped up so I topped up £15 got a message that it had been added but it doesn't show on my balance so am a tad confused !!! Any answers..anyone ?

It won't show up anywhere as it is just a "virtual" allowance which will be used first before your normal allowances.
