I see that all the simplicity plans have gone up by at least 50p, but they are all now 4G ready - so you can get 4G (albeit only 100mb of it) for £8.50.

Not all plans etc have gone down down, some refresh deals have gone up as expected but it's not really a big deal

Just swapped a Big Bundle sim £10 to Simplicity for £8.Just really miffed that it will take 24 hours to migrate my old number to this new sim.It took bang on 1 hour 6 months ago to do the same thing ! 1st World problems,eh ?

@Anonymous its not guaranteed to migrate straightaway, they do say it can take anything from a few minutes to 24 hours, keep rebooting your phone to see if the transfer has completed. Your old sim should lose connection first then you'll kniw that the process is begun

Thank you.It's more encouraging as I reply,as in the blink of an eye I have got 'No Service' instead of O2-Uk etc I understand the complexities of it all ie 24 hr time frame etc it's just that 6 months ago 24 hrs was not even mentioned.Anyways,I think it's on it's way quicker than anticipated to being resolved.

Booklet says it will be swapped / changed / migrated within 1 hour,or if they are really busy within 24 hrs.But when I phoned up about 50 minutes ago I was told it will take 24 hrs as I'm asking for a full migration from PAYG (Big Bundle) to effectively Monthly (Simplicity) 6 months ago it was the reverse,contract to PAYG & took bang on 1 hour.'O2-U.K.' has reappeared & old number on O2 App is still there but without any tariff details ie no credit.
