Solved: O2 Refresh - Handset Balance

Can anyone confirm when the handset balance reduces on the O2 refresh tarif. I would expect it to reduce between the billing and payment - but mine hasn't changed in weeks and im in a new billing period.

Access to billing / phone plan etc

Phone no longer tied to my account

O2 Travel (for O2 Travel Inclusive Zone) Bolt On

Error code 14
