Number still not transferred to new sim

I filled in the online form 2 days ago with my PAC code to transfer my number from 3 to 02. I still haven't had any confirmation from 02 that they've received my transfer request nor has my number been changed. How long does it normally take? It said 24 hours on the form it's now been more than 48 hours! It's a right pain carrying around 2 phones in my bag.

Call CS on 202 from your O2 phone - It will be much quicker.

Definitely call cs on 202 don't use live chat, they're renowned as being awful and inaccurate.
