Not able to change tariff online!

Anonymous
Not applicable

I want to change my tariff to the cheapest one, and I can do 90% of the process online such as selecting and accepting the terms etc., but at the final step it takes me to a 404 page saying:

'Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.'

and it doesn't change my tariff.
I've tried it on another browser, yet it's been doing this for a few days now and I want to know if its only happening to me.

Thanks!

WWhat tariff are you on and what do you want to change to?

Calling customer service may be your best option.

I'm on simplicity 300 but want to go to the 100 because I never use the internet/data.

I think I'll have to at this rate, thanks for replying!

Hi

A 404 error is usually because the page you are trying to access doesn't exist or is down.

As you are seeking a tariff change I would call CS and do it that way. If agreed your new tariff would normally start at midnight that night unless you asked otherwise.

Please let us know how you get on.

I wouldn't do that or anything else with Live Chat as they don't know what they're on about.

Not trying to hijack this thread, but I've been given the wrong information by Live Chat twice in matter of weeks, but I'll start another thread so good luck to you
