Mine went down at around 1.30, tried for 40 minutes on o2 website to get a number for CS - what a crock of 5H1t!!! Next I have an online chat with one of the CS bods, who tells me not to worry, there is a problem that they are aware of with the network. NOT TO WORRY!!!!!!!!!!! I need the bloody phone for my business! 7 hours later is just not good enough o2. I even suggested to the CS bod, that it might be a good idea to post a message on the main page of o2 website informing customers of the the problem, and at the very least an estimated fix time of the fault - nothing too accurate just a rough idea. Am seriously considering switching providers if this doesn't get fixed soon!!
It looks like a load of numbers have been deactivated because its not just that they have gone off but they are unobtainable. It makes no sense at all and if they are hoping to fix, someone must know what is wrong with it so a bit of honesty would be appreciated. People who are fully informed tend to be more patient than those left wondering. Just saying........
loosing your signal for so long is one (unacceptable) thing. Having all your lines down and sending no e-mail communication as to what the issue is, what are you doing to resolve it, when you expect it to be resolved and what measures you will take to compensate customers is a much bigger shame. Unacceptable. There is no other word.
All day i have been trying to contact O2 but have had no luck! Does anyone know what the problem is? Or how i can contact O2! Service is shocking, hope we get some compensation for this as its not acceptable!
NE Scotland, near Aberdeen, and whilst my phone says I'm getting full signal but I am completely unable to recieve texts or calls. I can't call out either, but I can text. Something weird is going on, hope they resolve it too. I was expecting work to call today and was wondering why they hadn't, guess I know why now.
