No signal in my village

Anonymous
Not applicable

I have lived in my village (Hawkinge in Kent) for 7 years and I have NEVER been able to get a signal. According to the coverage checker everything is hunky dory. Well I can assure you it's not! Can someone be sent to check the coverage and at least update the the coverage checker as it's a load of cobblers!!!

Use the MYNETWORK app to report the masts.

Get as many people as you can on O2 in your area to do the same.

We are all customers here like you.

You'll need to request this through the network support team. Call 202 to request it.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Why have you stayed on the same network for 7 years if you've had no signal for all that time? Find out which network supplies your village with a good signal and switch to that one. Or if you are insistent on staying with O2 and you are a Pay Monthly contract customer, download the TuGo app to enable you to use your phone at home.

As far as I know we don't have a local mast. I've sent a report though.

Good you can also ring O2 as well if you want to just to advise them they may put a note on your account and when and if it's sorted they might make a gesture of goodwill payment it's not a certainty but you never know wink

Then what's your complaint? Try TuGo and see if that helps.
