I got my bill, paid it on the 8th Oct, been cut off, payment has gone through my bank, and still cut off.
I cant get in touch via live chat as its always busy, rung 202 and it just ends the call before it even rings.
PLEASE HELP!

Hi @DarylGagg I am so sorry to hear about this. This is a customer to customer forum so there is no way we can do anything to physically help. We can only advise you to keep phoning CS. Avoid live chat at the moment
PS I personally find the best time to ring is between 8-8.30am in the morning...

Why do peoplw insist on manual payments, if they have a direct debit set up then none of these problems will occur

People are often scared of direct debits but they cause their own problems by cancelling.....
